The surveillance camera system operated by the Office of the Mayor of the County City of Kaposvár, the maintenance and necessary repair work of the central data recording equipment, displays, and controllers 24 hours from July 30, 2026 to month period according to the detailed task description contained in point II.2.4) of the invitation and in the technical description issued as part of the public procurement documents. Camera system maintenance The subject of the public procurement procedure is the Mayor of the City of Kaposvár County Complete maintenance and necessary repairs of the city surveillance camera system operated by your office for a period of 24 months from July 30, 2026. The system consists of 375 cameras installed in 168 separate locations throughout the city in its entire administrative area. The maintenance covers cameras, central and on-site IT and network devices (switches, servers, recorders), elements of the wireless data transmission network, as well as the solar and isolated power supply systems. The contract includes monthly preventive maintenance tasks, continuous - 0-24-hour - fault monitoring and troubleshooting, as well as fault management with specified response times.
