The object of the procurement is the provision of installation, service and maintenance services for the existing camera surveillance systems of buildings and properties owned by the City of Helsinki and maintained by its various industries and business establishments.
The subscriber can acquire existing camera surveillance systems repair and advance maintenance service as well as installation service including design, installation and programming work, equipment and user training. Duties also include customer service for camera surveillance systems, orientation training and emergency services.
The provider also offers systems support 24/7 emergency service, which enables maintenance and repair services for individual, critical environments.

Acquisition will be implemented as a framework arrangement in order of priority, in which six (6) contract suppliers will be selected based on overall economic profitability, unless there are fewer bidders who meet the requirements.
