OBJECTIVE AND OBJECTIVES OF THE PROCUREMENT The aim of the welfare area of Päijät-Häme (later welfare area / customer) is to acquire one (1) centralized camera surveillance software and software-related licenses for approximately 550 people in Päijät-Häme, based on a tender for the surveillance camera of the central hospital. The announced procurement amount is the currently known mapped need until 2030. In addition to the software and the necessary licenses, the acquisition also includes a deployment project for a limited number of cameras and professional services provided by the supplier in connection with the purchased software for the indefinite contract period. The purchased camera surveillance software is required to be a technically reliable and scalable software solution that meets the data protection and minimum requirements of the hospital environment, as well as essential integration needs. The goal is a long-term and software solution and the associated expert service of the supplier, with which the welfare area ensures cost-effectiveness of camera surveillance lifecycle management. The procurement package is divided into several different phases. In the first phase, software, expert services and a separate implementation project will be procured based on a tender. The procurement and the implementation schedule is estimated to be between Q4/2026 and Q1/2027.
