Options appraisals and viability2. Project funding, investment structure, income, expenditure and capital3. Design proposals to RIBA 24. To maximise valuable commercial use including office and Civic functions (Guildhall), music venue (Corn Exchange) and the Market. To include for a review of long term operating costs as part of the evaluation and options appraisal5. Core CCC requirements as outline in tender documentsLot 1 is for the Guildhall, Market Square and Corn Exchange
