The work includes preparing, editing, submitting and signing Reviews, in accordance with the requirements of the Occupational Safety Ordinance (new version) 1970, signs 5, 6, 7 of Chapter 3: Occupational Safety Regulations, the Ministry of Labor's instructions and the instructions of the supervisor on behalf of the company. 2. Prerequisites for participation in the tender: Prerequisites that must be met by the deadline for submission The technical and commercial offers: 2.1 An offeror who is a resident of Israel (as defined in the Income Tax Ordinance (new version) is also required to meet the following conditions: 2.1.1 The offeror will attach to his offer all the affidavits and approvals required by the Law on Transactions of Public Bodies, 536 - 1976, including an affidavit according to law Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities, 1998 - 1998 and in contracts worth more than NIS 400, 000, will fill out, sign and submit an affidavit according to the Foreign Workers Law, 1991 - 1991 Minimum Wage Law, 1987.2.1.2 Law.2.2 a.
