The Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Protection (MFLSP) together with its social partners has completed drafting the revised text of OSH Law. It has requested the ILO to provide technical comments on the draft law. The ILO-s Technical Memorandum on DRAFT Occupational Safety and Health Law is ready in English, and it needs to be translated into Mongolian to facilitate further discussion of the tripartite working group.
