The contract concerns the installation, start - up and assistance to the implementation of an electronic document management and archiving solution of the Operations department of the Directorate General Institutions and Population. This management will be centralized and secure. The setIn particular, the contractor`s areas of responsibility will include: • audit / analysis of the current system and identification of actors (managers, producers and users); • definition of the information that should feed into the GOL system and inventory of existing documents; • Establishmentst a life cycle scenario for each type of document; • progressive implementation of the new system and validation (cohabitation with the old system); • acquisition, indexing, archiving and publication of information; • training of managers and users; • assistance tooperation and maintenance.
