Project management missions for building works Project management missions for infrastructure works The purpose of this consultation is project management missions for building and infrastructure works. For everyone lots, the framework agreement is concluded in the form of a mixed multi-awardee framework agreement in accordance with article R.2162-3 of the Public Order Code For each of the lots, the initial framework agreement is concluded with: - 1 single economic operator in its party to BDC; this is the one ranked first within the framework agreement consultation procedure. - 3 economic operators in its part at MS; these are the operators classified first, second and third under the procedure of consultation of the framework agreement.
