This call for tenders concerns the construction and operation of electricity production installations located in mainland mainland France which use mechanical energy from the wind. By virtue of 2º of article L. 311-12 of the code of energy, the successful candidates designated by the Minister responsible for energy benefit from a contract for additional remuneration for the electricity produced, established in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 311-13-2 to L. 311-13-4 of the Energy Code and in accordance with the terms specified in the specifications.
