BIM wishes to invite tenders for the supply and installation of new audio-visual (AV) and video conferencing equipment to the specified meeting rooms in their Dún Laoghaire offices, spanning across the two floors. The project aims to equip these two floors with state-of-the-art AV systems and Microsoft Teams Rooms, enhancing the overall functionality, collaboration, and meeting experience within the workspace. The two floors will be fitted with multiple meeting rooms of varying sizes, all requiring different configurations, AV systems, and room controls, as outlined below. The rooms must be equipped with high-quality audio and video equipment, room booking systems, and the latest presentation tools. This tender will further include the procurement of removal and installation services to install new equipment and remove the existing system from the old office building.
