Research Ireland is seeking proposals for a Leadership Development Programme to be delivered over a 12 month period. Tenderers are invited to propose an appropriate programme structure, sequencing and intensity of interventions across the 12 months, informed by their methodology, diagnostics and experience of delivering similar programmes. Proposals should clearly set out how learning activities, cohort based sessions and individual development interventions will be phased over the programme duration to maximise impact, sustainability of learning and alignment with organisational priorities.
