I. Background & RationaleThe ILO-s Responsible Electronics Initiative is implementing a multi-component programme on compliance and responsible labour practice benefiting electronics suppliers. The programme will entail a registration process and a launch event expectedly taking place at the end of the second quarter of 2026. To ensure the programme is visible to the public, through which interests to it will be captured and prospective registrants will be attracted and fully informed, several promotional and communication materials are to be produced for circulation and reference.The ILO is, thus, seeking to engage a national service provider in the designing and printing of these materials for the said scope of activity.II. Scope of work and detail tasksThe selected service provider will work closely with the Project team to provide required services, i.e. design, printing and delivery, for a number of materials, including:(i) Standees with the programme theme(ii) Project factsheets, with content provided by the Project team(iii) Notebooks with lines(iv) Brochures for The Compliance Edge Lab Programme, with content provided by the Project team(v) Programme leaflets, with content provided by the Project team(vi) Paper gift boxes from rigid board/grayboard or textured papers, with removable lid and cushion foam for shockproof purpose.The selected supplier shall follow the ILO branding regulations at Brand Hub - Guidelines (ilo.org) and guidance from ILO CO-Hanoi.III.
