Tender Details

The City of Sedan owns the LECAILLON house located at 1 rue Jules Rousseau, opposite the largest castle in Europe and which has an outdoor garden overlooking the priests' promenade. The City wishes to strengthen activity around the castle and attract visitors from the fortified castle to the city center by offering the outdoor spaces of the Lecaillon house as a space for conviviality and relaxation. Inspired by convincing experiences in other communities, the absence of this type of concept on the municipal territory has decided the City to offer this space to a project leader so that it can see the light of day hoping to be able to promote its heritage. Sector of activity: Hotel and restaurant service
Lot(s): Lot No. 1: Single lot (authorized variant)
