It is recalled that local authorities and/or public administrative establishments such as CCAS do not have the competence to take out supplementary health insurance contracts for the benefit of their inhabitants, this approach being a matter of initiative specific to each household. Furthermore, they do not have the ambition to contribute financially to the cost of this complementary health insurance. The call for partnership is based above all on a social, supportive, caring and responsible approach. In order to to establish and insist on this fundamental social character, and to actively support the continued deployment of this system among the most vulnerable groups, the City of Etaples-sur-mer is making suitable premises available free of charge. within the structures of the Communal Social Action Center (CCAS). This location at the heart of municipal social action guarantees users local, confidential and secure access.
