Sport Vlaanderen operates 14 sports centers throughout Flanders. One of these sports centers is located in Willebroek. The focus of Sport Vlaanderen Willebroek is on kayaking and rowing, but also other water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, open water swimming and triathlon are practiced here. In the context of the master plan for the Sport Vlaanderen Willebroek site and taking into account the current state of the existing arrival tower, it has been decided to build a new arrival tower according to the standards of World Rowing and ICF at a new location on the site that better matches the completed master plan. Based on this selection guideline, interested parties can submit a request to participate. The purpose of the selection guide is to determine whether the tenderers are not in a situation of exclusion and meet the qualitative selection criteria.
