The Norwegian Railways Agency publishes annual calculations on the amount of road repair debt. The repair debt refers to the bad condition, the total repair costs of state roads, railways and waterways in need of repair. Expert services related to repair debt calculation, reporting and calculation development are being put out to tender. The goal of the Finnish Railways Agency is to find a partner who analyzes and processes data materials, produces the results based on the repair debt calculation model as a ready-made report, and participates in the development of the repair debt calculation. Before starting the tender, the Finnish Railways Agency organizes market dialogue, the purpose of which is to hear the thoughts and views of companies operating in the field, which should be taken into account in procurement.
