ATTENTION! This is not a call for tenders, a procurement notice or a preliminary notice, but rather a notice of the initiation of a market dialogue as part of procurement planning. The city of Espoo has started preparations for the procurement of LVIA engineering services and invites companies to market dialogue. The subject of the procurement is Expert tasks related to planning and surveys of properties owned or rented by the city of Espoo. The main part of the assignments consists of basic repair, alteration and repair planning of buildings as well as HVAC, energy and life cycle planning of user-oriented space changes and of expert services and maintenance book coordinator duties. The building stock of the city of Espoo consists of more than 1, 400 different public buildings. Typical objects are basic repairs of municipal service buildings, changes in purpose of use, smaller changes and repairs, preliminary studies, zoning reference plans, project plans and various regional studies in the preliminary study phase of the project. The targets are schools and high schools, kindergartens, pit buildings, swimming pools, sports halls, libraries, office spaces, cultural and museum buildings, youth homes and movable buildings. In addition, the city of Espoo has rented/rents premises for its use from outside property owners.
