This is not a procurement notice or a request for tenders, but a request for information by which the South Karelia welfare region asks Suppliers to participate in the market dialogue. The object of the planned procurement is housing services and possibly home care medical services. The inclusion of home care in the purchase will be decided at a later stage. A possible bidding process would be carried out at the end of 2026 so that the contract period is aimed to start on March 1, 2027. The market dialogue will be carried out between the procurement unit and the suppliers as meetings, which will take place via Teams connection as follows: 10.6.2026 12-12:45 13-13:45 14-14:45 11.6.2026 8-8:45 9-9:45 10-10:45. Register for the market dialogue by email to [email protected]. Interview times will be filled in order of registration. In this context, one can hope for the best suitable of the given interview times. Registrants will be provided with current drafts of the procurement documents. If there are more than six people registered, the rest will be booked however, those who have registered have the opportunity to comment on the documents in writing. This possibility is also given to operators who wish to comment on documents only in writing. At a later stage of the acquisition (estimated at the end of August) a narrower written market dialogue will be held with the suppliers who have participated in the first stage of the market dialogue.
