Call for market dialogue on future strategic partnerships Byggeri København is currently preparing tenders for its future strategic partnerships. Byggeri København wants to receive input from the market in order to ensure the best possible design of future tenders and future strategic partnerships. Byggeri København would therefore like to invite interested contractors to a market dialogue. Byggeri København expects to divide its future strategic partnerships into several selected ones areas i.a. in order to ensure a greater repetition effect, to create opportunities for collaborations with several players in the market and potentially to open the market to new interested players. Initially, Byggeri København expects to offer strategic partnerships for respectively daycare centers and residential facilities, but possibly also in the long term for other areas such as renovations. The tenders for strategic partnerships for daycare centers and residential facilities, respectively, are expected to be carried out in two rounds immediately extension of each other. For each of the future strategic partnerships, a value of approx. 0.8-2.5 billion DKK during the four-year period in which the partnerships run.
