This notice is not a preliminary notice, a procurement notice, a request for tenders, and the publication of the notice does not start a tender. The city of Helsinki is organizing a market dialogue, the aim of which is to confirm the requirements of the artificial grass coatings to be tendered for the future artificial grass framework arrangement 2027-2028 through discussions with potential bidders. The current framework arrangement for artificial grass 2025 - 2026 is ending on 31 December 2026. The market dialogue will be organized in two phases:- The market dialogue will be launched with a joint information event on 17 November 2026, where the customer will present the future purchase to potential service providers and answer any questions. In addition, the service providers are expected to present their own perspectives.-After the joint information event, the subscriber will send a questionnaire to the operators who participated or registered for the event, to which answers are requested.
