Detective youth work is carried out in accordance with the Youth Act and the Detective Youth Work Manual. The city of Turku has five searching youth workers and now we are mapping partner to expand operations. The mayor's program of the city of Turku aims to strengthen investigative youth work in Turku. With the help of market dialogues, the aim is to map the market of the acquisition target, to get comprehensive information availability, implementation possibilities and potential service providers, and to discuss with the providers what kind of requirements for the operation and what kind of comparison criteria for the offer should be set. In the market dialogue, there is opportunity to ask questions. The information and perspectives obtained based on the market dialogue are used in the preparation of the actual tender request. Time has been reserved for market dialogues between 2 June 2026 and 4 June 2026 between 12:00 and 16:00 and they will be held at online and via Teams, if a live meeting is not possible.
