The International External Collaborator will provide overall technical leadership for the pilot implementation of the ILO Green Dictionary methodology and skills taxonomy in the Philippines, ensuring methodological quality, international comparability, knowledge transfer and institutional capacity building. The International External Collaborator will prepare and analyse online job vacancy data from the Philippines, for the purpose of measuring and analysing trends in green employment and associated skills requirements within the country. The International External Collaborator will process the online vacancy data to create variables, using natural language processing techniques implemented in Python, following methodologies and code already developed by the ILO.
