Each day, hundreds of students, staff members and visitors attend the main campus of La Cite college. To well feed this dynamic and diverse community, the establishment wishes to rethink its food service. Today, the city seeks to go beyond a Simple cafeteria service. It wants to offer an affordable, healthy, sustainable and friendly food experience, which reflects the values of its educational and French -speaking environment. Before publishing an official call for tenders, the city wishes to listen to the market: suppliers, caterers, restaurateurs, Cooperatives or experienced managers are invited to share their ideas, their models, and their best practices. How to make a food service really suited to a student clientele? How to combine taste, speed, health, accessibility and respect for the environment? This call Interest is an invitation to co-construct a new vision of college food service. A modern vision, concerned with the social and environmental impact, but also realistic and well anchored in the constraints of the field.
