Tender Details

The City of Henderson is calling on all artist to design and create one (1) unique mural for Sunridge Park located at the intersection of Sandy Ridge Avenue and Rocky Ridge Road adjacent to the Coral Academy of Science Sandy Ridge Campus in Henderson, Nevada. The mural area is located in two places and consists of two boxes which are approximately 1-9” wide and 3-6” tall and 1-6” wide and 1-6” tall (totaling approximately +/- 64 square feet). The mural will enhance the cultural beauty and environment of Sunridge Park and support the City-s efforts to make all Henderson Parks and Recreation facilities more welcoming for all. The mural must encapsulate a tennis theme and complement the adjacent tennis courts. The mural should embody the physicality, excitement, and skill of those who enjoy the sport of tennis. Selected artists will have one week to complete the mural and the mural must be completed by no later than June 17th, 2024. Selected artist/artist teams will be rewarded up to $1, 500.00 for the selected mural spaces. One artist or artist team will be awarded the entire project.
