Email: Login to see tender_detailsLogin to see details Tender Details Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed:The Team Leader will support the formulation of the DWCP 2027-2031 through comprehensive analysis of socio-economic & labour market trends at global, regional, national levels, including digitalisation, climate change, green transition, demographic shifts, & cost-of-living pressures. The assignment will review key labour & social policy reforms—such as social insurance, employment, wage-setting, trade unions, occupational safety & health, labour inspection—while integrating gender equality & addressing needs of vulnerable groups.The Team Leader will assess national development frameworks, incl. SEDS, 2026-2030 SEDP, relevant Party resolutions, applicable UN & ILO strategic frameworks (Country Analysis, UNSDCF, SDGs, ILO Programme & Budget). The process will be informed by evidence from DWCP 2022-26, Country Programme Review, evaluations, & related analytical materials.
