Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Under this assignment, the International Consultant will provide technical assistance to support the adaptation of Timor-Leste's contributory social security system to better include vulnerable and informal-sector workers. The work will involve conducting a comprehensive assessment of current coverage and barriers, facilitating multi-stakeholder consultations, developing an evidence-based approach and roadmap endorsed by the Ministry of Social Solidarity and Inclusion (MSSI) and the National Institute of Social Security (INSS), preparing a participatory joint workplan and log frame, and delivering municipal-level training for staff. The Consultant will also consolidate findings, recommendations, and tools into a high-quality final report aligned with ILO procedures and guidelines, while coordinating with ILO and national counterparts throughout the assignment to ensure timely and effective delivery of all outputs.If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform.
