Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The objective of the assignment is to provide technical assistance specialized to the Ministry of Economy (MINECO) and the ILO to systematize the territorial attention model of the Directorate of Business Services aimed at entrepreneurship and MSMEs, within the framework of the Promotion of Decent Work Program financed by the European Union. The consultancy includes: (i) systematization of the seven levels of care of the territorial model; (ii) methodological and operational documentation of care processes and routes; (iii) development of technical and operational instruments linked to the model; and (iv) formulation of recommendations for institutional strengthening, operational sustainability and territorial scaling. The work will be carried out in close coordination with the ILO and the Vice Ministry of MSME Development of MINECO, and will include the preparation of technical reports, systematization of institutional processes and formulation of technical recommendations aimed at strengthening the Business Development Services of MINECO.
