Dear Bidder: The Office International Labor Organization (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an external collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: Develop a comprehensive analysis of the potential impact of the EU-MERCOSUR Agreement on Paraguay, identifying risks, opportunities and gaps, and formulating a strategic roadmap and advocacy tools that strengthen the capacity of the Paraguayan Industrial Union (UIP) to participate in social dialogue and in the formulation of public policies.Activities:1. Analyze the productive and commercial structure of Paraguay.2. Estimate commercial and sectoral impacts of the agreement.3. Evaluate economic and labor effects, including implications for employment and formalization.4. Identify environmental and labor regulatory gaps, as well as responsible business conduct.5. Develop prospective scenarios.6. Formulate public policy recommendations.7. Translate results into inputs for UIP incidence, including materials for social dialogue and institutional relations.
