Dear bidder: The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an external collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The ILO requires a consultant to be hired specialized to design and implement an in-person technical update program aimed at 45 instructors from the Beauty and Aesthetics area of INADEH. The consultancy will include the review of current training content, the formulation of proposals for improvement and updating of techniques in hair cutting architecture, hair straightening and reconstruction, advanced colorimetry and professional makeup. The consultant must prepare the contents, materials and evaluation instruments, submit the proposal to the technical approval of INADEH and provide the training sessions at the David, Guararé and Los Andes Mall centers, in San Miguelito, maintaining equivalent content and quality standards at the three locations. At the end, must present a consolidated report with the results obtained and recommendations to strengthen the training processes and technical skills of the instructors.
