Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: General objective of the consultancy: Strengthen management operational and technical and institutional coordination of the Skills Passport. Specific objectives: 1. Provide general technical assistance to the Regional Tripartite Skills Passport Network for the implementation of the Work Plan, the achievement of the objectives, monitoring and measuring results. 2. Ensure, by delegation of the Regional Network and the Tripartite Promoting Group, compliance, monitoring and management of the decisions and agreements adopted within the framework of the technical meetings. 3. Facilitate the interaction of the Regional Network and the Tripartite Promoting Group internally and with other key actors to advance the implementation of the Skills Passport. Please note that if travel is required for this mission, the Necessary travel expenses will be covered by the ILO.
