Dear bidder, The International Office of the Labor (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator. The objective of the consultancy is to hire an external collaborator as technical and logistical support for the holding of the congress in question, as well as to carry out the systematization and delivery of the reports that will be delivered to the participants after the event. Below is a summary of the work to be done:1. Support the methodological and programmatic definition of the congress. 2. Prepare the note conceptual and the final agenda of the congress.3. Coordinate the process of calling, confirming and monitoring participants. 4. Coordinate the confirmation of panelists and moderators, as well as the agenda of each of these and their interventions.5. Elaborate technical and administrative inputs required to carry out the event. 6. Accompany in person the Congress on July 22 and 23 in Valledupar and support the general coordination of activities. 7. Systematize the main results and conclusions derived from the meeting.8. Prepare an input document for Public Policy for the Just Transition of La Guajira based on the TE Roadmap of La Guajira and the systematization of the congress.
