Below you will find a summary of the work to be carried out: The ILO is looking for a collaborator external to carry out a rapid mapping of youth employment policies and programs and key institutional actors in Senegal, and to document youth perspectives on employment challenges and priorities support. The mission will include a desk review of relevant policies, strategies, action plans and initiatives; bilateral consultations with up to 20 stakeholders, including at least five youth organizations; and an analysis of results. The consultant will prepare an inception note, consultation summaries, a concise country report of a maximum of 4, 000 words, as well as a PowerPoint presentation of the main results. The work will be carried out in French (or in English) over six weeks, according to ILO models and guidelines.
