Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake following tasks as an External Collaborator-Contribute to the desk review of relevant documents for the overall evaluation.-Proactively provide local knowledge and insights to the international consultant.-Arrange and conduct field data collection; participate in interviews with key stakeholders; assist the team leader by taking notes, transcribing, and preparing brief reports based on key observations and conclusions.-Contribute to the main evaluation report prepared by the team leader.-Translate essential final documents (e.g. PowerPoint presentations of findings and recommendations, and the executive summary) from English into Laos, as required.-Support the team leader as needed, including drafting specific report sections and co-facilitating stakeholder workshops.-Provide interpretation during data collection activities, as required.Candidates intending to submit an expression of interest must supply the following information:1.A description of how the candidate's skills, qualifications and experience are relevant to the required qualifications of this assignment. 2.A list if previous evaluations/ work that are relevant in relation to the context and subject matter of this assignment.3.Copies of examples of evaluation/ research works like this nature of evaluation.4.A statement confirming the availability of the candidate to conduct this assignment and the daily professional fees e...
