Email: Login to see tender_detailsLogin to see details Tender Details The ILO - through its 2015-2025 TRIANGLE in ASEAN programme - has been supporting governments, trade unions and civil society organizations to operate Migrant Worker Resource Centres (MRCs) in six ASEAN countries (Cambodia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand and Viet Nam). These MRCs has offered a wide range of services, including counselling, psychosocial support, legal aid, information, outreach, pre-migration and post-return training, and targeted programmes for migrant workers. Importantly, the MRCs have also provided legal assistance to migrant workers that allowed them to seek redress for recruitment and employment abuses, as well as to access social protection benefits. Beyond direct service delivery, MRCs are a critical source of standardized data on labour grievances, providing the evidence base necessary for regional policy advocacy and strategic planning to protect migrant rights. Under this assignment, a consultant will be hired to analyse the MRC complaints data collected during the 2016 - 2025 period (approximately 5, 000 case files) and prepare a report. The report will focus on the nature of grievances (e.g., delayed deployment, non-payment of wages, document withholding), the time required for resolution, and the remedies awarded. Documents
