Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The purpose of this consultancy is to verify if the project Supporting Agricultural, Green and Sustainable Chains in Guatemala (See Crecer) —financed by the European Union and executed by ILO, OECD and OHCHR— is evaluable and what minimum adjustments are required to ensure the measurement of results and sustainability. He project promotes the adoption of Responsible Business Conduct (CER) and due diligence by companies, including MSMEs, in coffee, cocoa, palm, sugar and timber agricultural chains. The exercise will take place over seven weeks remotely, applying CAD/OECD and UNEG standards, through documentary review, virtual interviews and a multi-stakeholder validation workshop. The products will be: Work Plan, Evaluability Report with revised Theory of Change, M&E matrix and sustainability checklist, and guidelines for a participatory M&E mechanism. Supervision will be carried out by the project M&E Officer and the ILO Regional Evaluation Officer. Technical quality, operational viability and ethical relevance will be guaranteed, incorporating a focus on gender, human rights and data protection. This consultancy will strengthen the accountability and monitoring capacity of a multi-stakeholder intervention aimed at sustainable agricultural chains in Guatemala....
