Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed:A consultant will support the ESDC Project team in Lao PDR and the tripartite constituents in developing a training module and IEC materials on the elimination of workplace discrimination, violence, and harassment. The consultant will review existing ILO training materials and IEC resources, and subsequently develop outputs that are:•Aligned with the ILO Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, •Gender-responsive, and•Tailored to the Lao context and labour laws.It is expected that the training module and IEC materials will be officially endorsed, adopted, and widely applied by the tripartite constituents to build the capacity of:•The Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LNCCI), •The Lao Federation of Trade Unions (LFTU), •The Lao Women's Union (LWU), and•Labour inspectors of the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare at national and provincial levels.Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform.Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline.Thank you.
