Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The consultancy will consist of systematizing and documenting the process, results, learning and recommendations of the Joint Program, through the preparation of three complementary strategic documents. The work will include, first of all, the reconstruction and analysis of the implementation of the project, identifying its main milestones, processes, results and learning, as well as the differences between what was planned and what was done. This systematization must pay special attention to the articulation between the United Nations agencies, the relationship with the Government of Jalisco and the appropriation of the themes promoted by the Program.
