Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The consultancy will accompany the strengthening of territorial social dialogue in the banana and palm chains of the Department of Magdalena, through technical assistance to the Departmental Subcommittee for Coordination of Salary and Labor Policies (SDCPSL) of Magdalena. This support will have as its starting point an initial workshop, in which a preliminary roadmap will be agreed upon that will guide the subsequent technical assistance. To this end, it will facilitate spaces for tripartite dialogue to identify common priorities, promote the linking of strategic actors and the relevant institutional offer, and propose articulation actions with initiatives present in the territory. The process It will transversally incorporate the ILO social dialogue principles and the sustainable business approach. It will also take into account regional and sectoral policies that influence productivity, competitiveness, employment and working conditions in both sectors.
