Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The consultancy will strengthen territorial social dialogue in the banana and oil palm chains of Uraba Antioquia, through technical assistance to the Sectoral Table created within the framework of the Departmental Subcommittee for Coordination of Salary and Labor Policies (SDCPSL) of Antioquia. The process will begin with a launch workshop to agree on a preliminary roadmap and will continue with spaces tripartite dialogue to identify priorities, link strategic actors and articulate territorial initiatives, in coherence with the principles of social dialogue of the ILO, the sustainable business approach and regional and sectoral policies. Likewise, the actors will be identified tripartites and based on aggregated secondary information and technical inputs from the ILO, the economic factors that affect productivity, competitiveness, access to markets, employment and business sustainability, as well as their implications for wages, labor income and working conditions. of work.
