Email: Login to see tender_detailsLogin to see details Tender Details Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The assignment will support the institutional strengthening and governance reform of the National Coordination Committee for Workers- Education (NCCWE), with a focus on strengthening its inclusiveness, representativeness, transparency and effectiveness. The Consultant will undertake an evidence-based review of NCCWE-s existing institutional and governance arrangements and map relevant national trade unions/federations and worker constituencies, including women, youth, informal and emerging/platform workers. The assignment will involve consultations with NCCWE leadership, member and non-member unions/federations and other relevant stakeholders to identify representation gaps, governance challenges and opportunities for institutional development.Based on the assessment, the Consultant will develop practical recommendations and a revised governance/ToR framework addressing membership, affiliation, inclusion and, representation, decision-making, leadership, accountability and sectoral/thematic engagement. The Consultant will also develop a Strategic Communication and Advocacy Plan to strengthen NCCWE-s internal and external communication, stakeholder engagement and advocacy.
