Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed:The ILO STREAM programme will commission an External Collaborator to strengthen the STREAM programme's visibility and communication capacity through the development of high-quality communication products and strategies. The consultant will provide technical expertise to:•Develop a communication and visibility strategy for STREAM (2025 2027) and a plan for 2028.•Prepare communication and visibility guidelines for STREAM's multi-donor framework.•Review and refine the STREAM logo and create a unified visual identity for multi-donor branding (e.g., SDC, EU).•Create project banner templates and print-ready roll-up banner designs.•Provide regular updates and inputs for the STREAM webpage.•Develop 15+ English digital communication materials/features, such as: Newsletters, press releases, fact sheets, blogs, web articles, social media content, infographics, stories/case studies.•Deliver at least 12 edited and designed materials including: Reports, narrative/progress reports, PowerPoint presentations, and concept notes.•Design and produce at least 10 media and communication materials in various formats.•Develop and maintain a media contacts database.•Support media visibility with tailored communication tools.Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be cove...
