Dear bidder. The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The consultancy will aim to provide technical, operational and of management to the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare and the International Labor Organization for the proper functioning of the Observatory on Law NO 21, 645, Reconciliation of Personal, Family and Work Life, ensuring compliance with its objectives, activities and committed products. The work will consist of supporting the planning, coordination and monitoring of the Observatory's actions; systematize regulatory, technical and programmatic information linked to the Law; collaborate in the organization of social dialogue instances with tripartite and civil society actors; and contribute to the preparation of semiannual monitoring and evaluation reports. Likewise, administrative and logistical support will be provided for the development of the activities. Additionally, the consultancy will provide technical assistance to the ILO and the MINTRAB within the framework of the current Technical Assistance Agreement, with emphasis on matters of gender equality, conciliation and co-responsibility, including support for training and awareness-raising activities, particularly in relation to the labor insertion of women.
