Below is a summary of the work to be carried out:1. Prepare a mapping and classified inventory of the available materials produced by the ILO ALC Gender Unit in the period 2022-2026, categorizing by type of material, theme, country or regional coverage, target audience, language, format, available link and dissemination potential.2. propose a communication narrative that articulates and makes visible in a clear, accessible and coherent manner the main approaches, findings and impacts of the ILO LAC work on gender and decent work.3. Develop an operational communication plan for dissemination and positioning that maximizes the reach of the cluster in digital media and events for the period 2026-2027.4. Design and produce a prioritized set of communication products, in digital, audiovisual and editorial formats, that contribute to make visible and reuse the systematized materials, as well as the interconnected pillars.
