Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: - Prepare the Systematization of the Inspection Regulations of the Work in Ecuador, which compiles, organizes and harmonizes the applicable regulatory framework for consultation and application by the inspector staff.- Develop the Labor Inspector's Manual, a normative and operational tool that systematizes procedures, technical criteria and guidance instruments, with emphasis on fundamental rights and gender perspective.- Develop the General Inspection Checklist, a standardized instrument that allows systematically verifying the compliance with working conditions with mechanisms for recording findings and traceability.- Design the format of the Annual Results Report of the labor inspection system, which consolidates quantitative and qualitative indicators for the accountability and continuous improvement.If you are interested, please express your interest and follow the attached instructions to consult the detailed mandate and other relevant information on the ILO e-sourcing platform.Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline.
