The programme is based on the ILO Work Wise Youth methodology, adapted to the Montenegrin legal and institutional context, and aims to equip participants with the facilitation skills and materials required to independently cascade training to NGOs, youth workers, and young people not in employment, education or training (NEETs).The assignment includes conducting a brief training needs assessment; developing the ToT curriculum, session plans, and materials; delivering the ToT programme; and preparing a final report with recommendations for sustaining and scaling the cascade training model.If you are interested, please express your interest and follow the instructions provided to consult the detailed Terms of Reference and other relevant information on the ILO e-sourcing platform.Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline.
