Building on Phase I, the programme focuses on sectors where migrant workers—especially women—are most vulnerable, including domestic, care, and construction work. Activities span East Africa (Kenya, Uganda), West Africa (Nigeria), and the Arab States (GCC countries, Lebanon, Jordan).FAIRWAY applies a gender-transformative approach to advance effective cooperation on labour migration, improve decent work outcomes for women migrant workers, and strengthen protection and empowerment through services, rights, and representation.The programme seeks a Monitoring, Reporting and Communication Consultant to reinforce monitoring systems, support adaptive management, and ensure high-quality reporting and communication.
