Call for External Collaborator - Final Internal Evaluation of ILO ACTRAV Project on Promoting Workers- Rights and Gender Equality at Work in Africa - Phase II (RAF/24/10/NOR), International Labour Organization (ILO) Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The role involves leading and overseeing the end-of-project evaluation process to ensure it is methodologically sound, ethically conducted, and aligned with established standards. This includes providing clear guidance on roles and responsibilities throughout all evaluation phases while maintaining strong quality control and adherence to ethical guidelines. Key responsibilities include designing the overall methodological approach and preparing the inception report, complete with data collection tools. The role also encompasses producing and presenting preliminary findings, drafting evaluation reports, and delivering the final evaluation report. Throughout the analytical and reporting stages, particular attention is given to ensuring data quality -upholding validity, reliability, consistency, and accuracy - through systematic analysis and consultation with key stakeholders. The position requires ensuring that the evaluation is implemented in accordance with the Terms of Reference (TORs), agreed timelines, and relevant ILO and UNEG guidelines, including methodological and formatting standards.
