The evaluation will assess the project-s relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability, as well as cross-cutting issues such as gender equality, inclusion, and just transition.The consultant will review project documents, conduct interviews and stakeholder consultations, analyse qualitative and quantitative data, and assess results across four outcome areas: apprenticeship systems, skills matching, green skills development, and knowledge exchange.Key deliverables include an inception report, data collection tools, preliminary findings, validation workshop, draft report, and final evaluation report.
