Dear Bidder: The Office International Labor Organization (ILO) is looking for a person residing in Paraguay to carry out work as an external collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: -Develop business diagnoses and improvement roadmaps production based on the VIA Model for companies in prioritized industrial sectors in Paraguay, in support of the Paraguayan Industrial Union (UIP). Activities:1. Methodologically adapt the VIA Model at the business level.2. Design and validate an instrument business survey and define the consulting implementation plan.3. Implement business diagnoses in 12 companies in prioritized industrial sectors (plastic and metallurgical).4. Prepare comparative positioning matrices business and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.5. Develop differentiated roadmaps by company and sector, including recommendations linked to productivity, sustainability, decent work and trends associated with the MERCOSUR-Union Agreement European.6. Prepare a consolidated sector report with general recommendations and return of results.
