Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO STREAM Programme seeks an External Collaborator (Excoll) to provide country level gender expertise for the Extended Gender Analysis in Sri Lanka. The role involves generating contextual gender insights, reviewing national frameworks on migration and Social Protection, and adapting research tools to ensure gender-responsive and intersectional relevance. The Excoll will facilitate access to key stakeholders, support the organisation of FGDs and KIIs, and help ensure safe, ethical engagement with participants. He/she will contribute to interpreting field data, triangulating findings, and validating results to ensure that migrant women-s experiences and gender-differentiated risks are accurately reflected in programme recommendations. The consultant will also provide administrative support, including interpretation, translation and note-taking, where relevant.
